Edwin W. Lamar, LEED AP BD+C

Production Coordinator

Professional Experience:

Ed worked for a custom architectural millwork business from 1973 through 1995, and was involved in all aspects of the business (fabrication, installation, and administration), even serving as president of the company from 1984 through 1995.  He joined Parlier Architects, P.A. in 1996 and immediately applied his knowledge of the construction process through document production and construction administration.  His knowledge of computers and Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), plus his understanding of how buildings are constructed, helped establish the firm’s continued commitment to excellence.  During a brief respite, from 2000 through 2005, Ed served as Tower Curator for the Bok Carillon Tower in Lake Wales.  After his return to Parlier Architects, P.A. in 2006, Ed assumed responsibility for production and project management.

Ed has been the Project Manager and the lead on production for many diverse projects ranging from educational facilities to religious facilities to residential projects.  Most recently, he coordinated the Construction Documents for a major remodel and cafeteria/kitchen expansion at Lake Wales Senior High School, and a cafeteria remodel/outdoor dining addition at Denison Middle School, in Winter Haven.
